period of 30 days, unless retention is required for legal, financial, fraud prevention, or compliance

When users register for events, selected participant information may be made available to the hosting
institution or authorized event organizers for event-related operations.
Once such information is shared for legitimate operational purposes, the hosting institution is responsible
for managing and using that information in accordance with its internal policies, applicable laws,
and appropriate academic or administrative controls.
BookMyFest is not responsible for how a college, institution, or organizer independently handles data after
it has been shared to them for valid event-management purposes.
12. Changes to This Policy
BookMyFest may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in platform functionality,
legal requirements, operational processes, or institutional service models.
Updated versions will be published on our website or within the application. Continued use of the platform
